I will start right from the booking - once I booked this apartment, I got an email with all details such as how to reach here by public transport / road as well as information about nearby attractions. And it was really helpful, everything was well esee more
I will start right from the booking - once I booked this apartment, I got an email with all details such as how to reach here by public transport / road as well as information about nearby attractions. And it was really helpful, everything was well explained. Then comes the check-in, since they do not have a reception desk, our keys were ready in the locker at their entrance and it was a super easy check-in process. The room is really good, it has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are big, spacious and a balcony makes it just perfect! The location is excellent, it is well connected by bus and tram to reach anywhere in the city. Lastly, we forgot a few items while checking out and as soon as we called them, they helped us out and already had a list of everything we forgot. It was a relief to know everything was safe. I will highly recommend HITrental and we would love to come back here!
